Visitor's Guide
Immigration Foreigners seeking entry into the Kingdom of Thailand must possess valid travel documents recognized by the Royal Thai Government as described in the 1979 Immigration Act and related provisions. Visa Requirements
Individual visas can be obtained from all Royal Thai Embassies and Consulates General. The organizing committee (NACC) will extend an invitation to each participant upon completion of pre-registration.
Visa Information
Basic requirement for a trip to Thailand is a passport valid for at least six months, counting from the arrival date in the Kingdom.
Always check the expiry date of your current visa and your relevant entry stamp ("admitted until").
The overstay charge is 500 Baht per day (maximum fine 20,000 baht and the period of 'overstay' is not longer than six weeks).
