NACC official visit with the executives of the Swedish Agency for Public Management in Stockholm, Sweden

 

On March 18, 2025, a delegation from the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC), led by Mr. Vittaya Arkompituk, NACC Commissioner, along with Mr. Eakawit Wajjwalku, NACC Commissioner, Mr. Surapong Intarathawon, Deputy Secretary-General of the NACC, Mr. Phatthanaphong Chanphetphun, Assistant Secretary-General of the NACC, Mr. Kiatisakdi Putphan, Assistant Secretary-General of the NACC,


Ms. Wanwara Silpawilawan, Director of the Bureau of International Affairs and Corruption Investigation, and other officials, held an official discussion with Mr. Johan Mörck, Senior Analyst and Project Manager of the Swedish Agency for Public Management (Statskontoret) in Stockholm, Sweden.

 

During this meeting, the delegation from the Swedish Agency for Public Management provided an overview of their responsibilities and anti-corruption measures, emphasizing the fundamental principles of good governance to enhance transparency and reduce corruption in public administration. Additionally, the agency plays a crucial role in supporting and coordinating with government institutions to promote a culture of good governance, including the development of ethical standards (Code of Ethics) and measures to prevent conflicts of interest.

 

The Swedish Agency for Public Management is a government agency responsible for developing and improving public sector management in Sweden. It collaborates with other government entities to enhance operational efficiency, foster a culture of good governance, and improve public service delivery. Furthermore, it supports public officials in their efforts to combat corruption effectively.
