on Anti–Corruption Innovations in Southeast Asia
Bangkok, Thailand – June 7,2024 – The Second International Conference on Anti-Corruption Innovations in Southeast Asia is set to take place on June 7, 2024, at the S31 Hotel, Sukhumvit 31, Khlong Toei Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok, Thailand.
The conference serves as a platform for the exchange of scholarly knowledge and innovative strategies in the fight against corruption. A diverse range of stakeholders, including anti-corruption agencies, government sector, private sector representatives, civil society organizations, and domestic and international entities, come together to share valuable insights.
Building on the success of the inaugural conference, this year’s event promises to be even more impactful. The conference will feature keynote addresses, panel discussions, and networking sessions focused on the latest advancements in anti-corruption measures.
Special Highlight: Police General Watcharapol Prasarnrajkit, the President of the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) will deliver a special speech on the application of geoinformatics technology to the NACC's mission. The speech will provide detailed insights into how the NACC has integrated geoinformatics technology into its strategies for suppressing corruption, preventing corruption, and inspecting assets and liabilities. Attendees will also learn about the NACC’s ongoing projects and future plans for developing new innovations to combat corruption effectively.

Keynote Speakers: Renowned figures in the field of anti-corruption will share insights and experiences. This year’s keynote speakers include Professor Matthew C. Stephenson, Harvard Law School, and Ms. Annika Wythes, Team Lead, Anti-Corruption Hub for Southeast Asia and the Pacific, UNODC.
Panel Discussions: Expert panels will cover a wide range of topics, including Open Data, Foreign Investors' Perspectives on Anti-Corruption in Southeast Asia, and Linkages between Corruption and Transnational Organized Crime (TOC).
Networking Opportunities: The conference will offer numerous opportunities for attendees to connect, share experiences, and form partnerships. Networking events include a welcome reception, and coffee breaks.
Innovation Showcase: An exhibition area will feature cutting-edge technologies and solutions from
anti-corruption and international organizations, providing a platform for demonstration and discussion.
Host and Co-hosts: The conference is organized by the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission, Thailand, in partnership with the Knowledge Hub for Regional Anti-Corruption and Good Governance Collaboration (KRAC), the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), Anti-Corruption Organization of Thailand (ACT), and Private Sector Collective Action against Corruption (CAC).
